By accessing or using Tukang Club ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Tukang Club is an online platform that matches customers with registered service vendors and tradespeople in Malaysia. We provide a space for customers to find, compare and contact vendors, and for vendors to promote their services. Tukang Club itself does not provide, supervise, control or perform any service work.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Customers are responsible for making an informed decision before engaging any vendor, including reviewing the vendor's profile, reviews and qualifications. Any agreement on scope of work, price, schedule and other terms is a matter directly between the customer and the vendor.
Vendors are fully responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness and completeness of work performed, and for complying with any legal or licensing requirements applicable to their services. Vendors acknowledge that they are independent contractors and not employees, agents or representatives of Tukang Club.
Tukang Club is solely a matching platform and is not a party to any agreement or work contract between a customer and a vendor. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tukang Club, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injury, disputes, costs or claims of any kind arising from or related to work agreed, performed or completed between a customer and a vendor — including but not limited to quality of work, property damage, personal injury, delays, or direct or indirect financial loss. Any disputes relating to work performed must be resolved directly between the customer and vendor involved.
Registration and basic listing on Tukang Club are free for vendors, and we do not charge commission on work agreed between customers and vendors. Any optional premium features (such as Vendor Pro or ads) will be clearly stated before purchase.
Reviews and uploaded content must be honest and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies or applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions or platform policies, without prior notice if necessary.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes means you agree to the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
